Laurent Nadjar has lead a number of chartered accounting projects in a wide variety of sectors: Hardware and Software, Tech, Hotels, Luxury Goods, Real Estate, Industry and Services. Marquee clients include Yoplait, Louis Feraud, Bollore, Pioneer, Arte or Doctolib. Laurent has also worked on numerous acquisition audits (financial due diligence) on behalf of (i) Private Equity and Investment Funds, as well as Asset Managers, like BPI France, Omnes Capital, Ekkio Capital, Azulis Capital, or CDC Services Entreprises, (ii) and corporate clients like ALTEN, Epeda-Merinos, or Doctolib. Thanks to his double expertise, Laurent created LNA in January 2006 with the clear objective to deliver an independent, rigourous and reliable service to his clients.

With more than 20 years of experience, Shirly Temim has accumulated a solid expertise in the fields of accounting, tax, social law and corporate law. Shirly joined LNA in 2011 and since then, leads the majority of consulting projects for LNA. Thanks to her complete knowledge of technical aspects as well as human relationships, Shirly is the perfect counterpart to our clients, providing reliable, practical and tailor-made solutions.

Having studies both in business and engineering schools, Laurent acquired key qualities required from a strong auditor: reliability, rigor, analytical skills and a great sense of organsiation. On the back of 18 years of audit expertise, Laurent has audited firms of different sizes and sectors. Between Euro30m up to Euro1bn of turnover, in very different sectors (dsitribution, construction, hotels, services, industry, etc.). He therefore acquired a complete overview of the corporate world, which he can put at the service of our audit clients. Laurent joined LNA in 2010 and now leads the Audit department.
